Everything about ordering on TGSub

Built for channel owners, community managers, and bot makers who only care about Telegram growth - not multi-network clutter.

Growth products

What is a Telegram SMM panel?
A place to buy Telegram growth services - members, views, reactions, story views, poll votes, comments - by topping up a balance and ordering against public links with live status.
Is TGSub Telegram-only?
Yes. The site and catalog are Telegram-first so you find the right line faster without unrelated platforms in the way.
Which growth lines are typical?
Channel subscribers, group members, post views, story views, reactions, shares, poll votes, comments, Premium members, Stars, bot starts, and ranking-oriented SEO packs when listed.
Real accounts or mixed?
Depends on the card. Premium/real tiers use aged profiles. Mixed balances cost and hold. Budget tiers prioritize speed. Always read the title and description.
Do numbers fall after delivery?
Some movement is normal. Non-drop services include a refill window on the listing. Outside that window there is no automatic top-up.
Can you promise numbers never move?
Only lifetime-labeled products commit to that style of cover. Telegram cleanup is outside any seller’s full control; we honor the guarantee text on each service.

Buying & delivery

How do I place an order?
Sign up, add funds, open Services or New order, pick a listing, paste the public channel/post link, set quantity, confirm. Track from Orders.
How fast does work start?
Most supported services begin shortly after checkout. The listing shows the expected start window; live status is always in the dashboard.
What is drip-feed?
A schedule that delivers in chunks so growth looks natural. You set chunk size, number of runs, and minutes between runs. Cancel to reclaim unfired chunks on balance.
Can I edit quantity later?
No. Cancel pending work when available, or request a review cancel for in-progress jobs so refunds match what is left.
How does mass order work?
Submit many lines at once as service_id | link | quantity from the Mass tab - ideal for multi-post campaigns.
When do I click Refill?
When a covered order drops inside its guarantee window. Refills restore only what we delivered, not pre-existing counts.
Why is status Partial?
Only part of the quantity finished. Remaining cost returns to balance automatically - you pay for delivered units only.
Must my channel stay public?
Yes while delivery runs. Switching to private, deleting the post, or changing the username mid-order often stops progress without refund.
Can I stack two jobs on one link?
Wait for the first to complete. Parallel orders on the same target make refill tracking unreliable.

Wallet & payments

How do I top up?
Open Add funds, choose amount and method. Balance credits after confirmation so checkout is one-click afterward.
Which cryptocurrencies?
Commonly USDT (several networks), BTC, ETH, TON, and any others currently listed on Add funds.
First USDT tip?
Use TRC-20 when offered for lower fees. Send the exact invoice and pay gas separately so the received total matches.
Do refunds go back to crypto?
No - cancellations and partials credit panel balance for future Telegram orders. Deposits are generally not withdrawable.
What if I dispute a payment?
Contact tickets first. Chargebacks without support contact can freeze the account under our terms.
Is there a minimum deposit?
Each method shows its minimum on Add funds. Networks may also enforce their own floors.

Login & safety

How do I enable two-factor?
Account settings → 2FA with an authenticator app. Store backup codes offline.
Will staff ask for my Telegram code?
Never. We only need a public @username or link for the order. Report impostors via tickets.
Forgot password?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Reset mail goes only to the registered address.
Can my team share one login?
Prefer one responsible owner per account. Credential sharing increases risk; API keys are better for automation.
Why is the account limited?
Possible fraud flags, terms issues, or payment disputes. Ticket us with email and recent order IDs for review.

Developers & resellers

Where is the API key?
On the API page. Rotate anytime; the old key dies immediately after rotation.
Can my bot place orders?
Yes. Authenticate with the key, list services, place orders, and poll status - map our service IDs into your storefront or bot.
Perfectpanel compatible?
Yes. Existing reseller scripts usually need only a new base URL and key.
Rate limits?
Keep traffic reasonable. Heavy scraping or key sharing can revoke access. Prefer multi-status endpoints.
Can I resell under my brand?
Yes. You own your customer relationships and must keep them compliant with these terms.

Care team

How do I reach support?
Open a ticket from Tickets so history and order IDs stay attached.
Reply speed?
Coverage is continuous; most first replies arrive within a few hours. Wait out the listed start window before speed complaints.
What should my ticket include?
Order ID, service name, target link, and a short description of the problem (drop, stuck, wrong count, etc.).
Where are the legal terms?
Full rules: Terms of service. Ordering means you accept them.
Still confused?
Ticket us - better one clear answer than three bad orders. We optimize for correct first purchases.
