Using TGSub

By creating an account, funding a balance, or placing an order you accept these terms. The panel provides prepaid Telegram growth and engagement services only. You must be legally able to contract and must follow applicable law and Telegram’s own rules.

What we sell

Catalog lines can include members, views, reactions, story views, poll votes, comments, Premium, Stars, bot starts, referrals, and SEO-oriented products. Each card states rate, limits, speed estimate, and any refill window.

• Times are estimates unless a written SLA exists.
• Refills only restore delivered quantity inside the printed window.
• Prices and availability can change; the live Services page wins at checkout.

How ordering works

• Match service type to your public link (channel, group, post, bot).
• Keep targets public for the full delivery window.
• Do not run concurrent orders on the same link.
• Link and quantity cannot be edited after submit.
• Drip-feed charges all runs up front; unfired runs refund to balance on cancel.
• Partial completion refunds the unfinished portion to balance.

Payment disputes opened instead of a support ticket may suspend the account and remaining balance.

Money on the platform

• Deposits top up panel balance for orders and are generally non-withdrawable.
• Refunds and partials credit balance, not the original payment rail, unless we agree otherwise.
• Pending orders that never started can cancel for full balance return when the UI allows.
• In-progress cancels are reviewed against delivered quantity.
• Refill claims require the order ID inside the guarantee window.

Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your login - enable 2FA.
• Do not share passwords or API keys.
• One person or business per account unless a reseller deal says otherwise.
• We never request Telegram passwords, login codes, or phone numbers.
• We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or risk to others.

What you must not do

Do not use TGSub for illegal content, scams, malware, promoting assets you do not control, Telegram ToS violations, or attacks on our API/infrastructure.

Prohibited orders may be cancelled without refund. Repeat abuse can mean a permanent ban.

Limits of liability

• Services are “as is”. Telegram actions against channels are outside our control.
• Our max liability for an order is the amount paid for that order.
• We are not responsible for indirect losses or third-party outages.
• Rights that cannot legally be limited remain intact.

API & resellers

• API keys are secret - rotate if exposed.
• Resellers support their own customers and pricing.
• Abusive automation can lose key access.
• See API docs for the public contract.

Privacy in short

• We store email, balance, order history, and public targets you submit.
• We do not sell personal data.
• Payment partners process deposits under their policies.
• Data questions via tickets.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above tracks the current version. Keep using the panel after a change and you accept the new text. Questions → open a ticket.
